DealKoi's promise is "before you buy, check DealKoi" — every offer goes through a review step before it appears publicly. This page explains what a "Verified" badge means, what we check, what we don't, and how to flag something that looks wrong.
A "Verified" badge means an offer has passed DealKoi's review before it was published — not that DealKoi guarantees the price, stock, or that every term will be honoured exactly as written. It is a review checkpoint, not a warranty.
Before an offer goes live, a reviewer checks that the listing is complete and usable — clear discount terms, valid start and expiry dates, and required details such as redemption method. Listings are also compared against other offers already on the platform to catch likely duplicates before approval.
DealKoi does not independently verify real-time stock, and does not guarantee that a listed price is the lowest available anywhere. Offers reflect what a merchant reports and what our review catches — always confirm final price and availability with the merchant before you buy.
DealKoi is an AI-first product. Some offer candidates are found and drafted with help from an AI collector that scans public merchant sources, and AI assists our internal review process. AI-drafted candidates are never published automatically — a human reviewer always checks and approves an offer before it goes live.
