Delete your DealKoi account

You can delete your account at any time, straight from the DealKoi app. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open DealKoi and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (the last tab).
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days. Accounts that manage a business on DealKoi are closed this way too, so the shop's page is handled properly.

What is deleted

Your name, email address and phone number; your saved offers, reviews and followed stores; your alerts and the push notification token of your phone; your sign-in links (such as Google) and sign-in history. Usage statistics are kept only without any link to you.

What is kept

Shops keep the record of coupons that were redeemed with them, without your name, so their redemption history stays correct. Reports you sent about offers stay for moderation, no longer linked to you. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
